www.alviaglobal.com represents the platform owned and managed by ProFiscal Experts Ltd (hereinafter “the Company” or “ALVIA Global”), based in Barnacres Road, HP3 8JQ, UK, having tax code: 3843215724, in order to make public and promote the activities of ALVIA Global, for your benefit.
In order to achieve our mission, we have prepared these Terms and Conditions (T&C) that govern the relationship between ALVIA Global and you — whether you are a platform visitor, a participant in one or more events, a Business Directory contributor, or a member of the ALVIA Community.
To facilitate understanding of these T&C, please consider the following definitions:

Visitor – any person who, through various electronic devices and with internet access (desktop, laptop, phone, tablet, etc.), accesses the platform.

Participant – any individual who has expressed the intention to participate in one or more events organized by ALVIA Global and/or has actually participated in such events.

Member – any Participant who has expressed the intention to participate in multiple events, engage in ALVIA programs, and has joined the community after paying the applicable membership fees.
The content of the platform reflects the creation, expertise, and contributions of ALVIA Global and its Members, including text, photographs, graphics, and any other materials or elements. All content is protected in accordance with applicable copyright, intellectual property, and related rights laws, for the benefit of ALVIA Global or, as the case may be, its partners. No content from the platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes, by any technical means, without the prior written consent of ALVIA Global.
Participation in ALVIA Global events

The first participation in an Open Business Meeting is supported by the ALVIA Community and free of charge.

Subsequent participations, if you are not a Member, involve paying the event fee displayed next to each event in the dedicated section of the website.

Participation requires acceptance of:

The event participation conditions;

The processing of personal data (see Privacy Policy);

The rules of conduct;

The announced event agenda.

Participation rules
ALVIA Global events are intended for business owners, professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want to expand their network and develop through meaningful collaboration.

Events are conducted in the language announced alongside the event description (e.g., English, Romanian, Spanish, etc.). Participants must have at least an intermediate level of the event language to ensure active interaction.

Participants must respect the agenda and rules of conduct as announced by the moderator at the start of the event, as well as general principles of respect, dignity, and non-discrimination (including prohibitions on any explicit or suggestive statements regarding race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, beliefs, political views, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, illness, or other protected characteristics).

ALVIA Global reserves the right to remove any Participant who breaches these rules from the platform or event location without refund of fees, if paid.
Business Directory participation
By submitting your company profile to the ALVIA Business Directory, you agree that your listing will be visible to other members and site visitors. The listing may include your business logo, tagline, description, contact details, and relevant links, as provided by you. This enables other members and visitors to connect, interact, and exchange ideas at our events.
Our participants include key decision-makers — entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, sales & marketing leaders, HR managers, consultants, and industry experts — from a diverse range of sectors.
