If you access the web page www.alviaglobal.com, exclusively in order to inform yourself about ALVIA Global, by accessing its sections — “Home”, “About Us”, “Events”,  “Packages” or “Contact us” — ALVIA Global, subject to those mentioned in the Cookies Policy, will not process personal data.

If you access the website www.alviaglobal.com and:

  • Access the “Events” section and intend to participate in one or more events organized by ALVIA, ProFiscal Experts Ltd will process your personal data, suggestively mentioned next to each field you complete: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone, name of the represented entity, field of activity, experience (duration), languages spoken, and any other categories of data you provide directly when registering for an event.

  • Access the “Business Directory” section and submit a listing request or company profile through the provided form, ProFiscal Experts Ltd will process the personal and/or company data you provide, including (but not limited to): contact details, business description, company logo, website, sector, and relevant links.

  • While attending an event hosted by ALVIA, your image (photo and video) and voice may also be processed.


ALVIA Global processes your personal data as follows:

  • Event registrations: With your consent, we process your personal data to confirm your registration, send you details about how the event will take place, and share relevant information about the participants.

  • Business Directory submissions: We process the submitted company/personal information for the purpose of publishing your listing in the Directory, enabling other members and visitors to contact you, and promoting your business locally and internationally in line with your subscription package.

  • During events:
    a) For the purposes mentioned above;
    b) To share your contact details, image, and voice with other event participants through the platforms used by ALVIA;
    c) For marketing purposes (email, SMS, or social media posts) related to your participation;
    d) To fulfill legal obligations, including tax and archiving requirements.

  • Website analytics: With a legitimate interest, we process certain personal data obtained via cookies to improve the website’s performance and user experience.


We process your personal data only to the extent necessary to accomplish the purposes mentioned above. If you register for events or submit a Directory listing, we will process your data for 1 year unless you object in advance to receiving communications from us. Where required by law, certain records (e.g., accounting documents) will be retained for up to 10 years.


We may transmit your data to other event participants, community members, potential collaborators via the Business Directory, service providers (IT, accounting, marketing), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and public authorities where required by law.

The personal data provided to ALVIA may be transferred outside the UK.
